The “Limestone city” sits between Toronto and Montreal and south of Ottawa on Lake Ontario and has a little something for everyone. The city’s historic sites, museums, restaurants and famous events like the CORK sailing regatta, draw 1 million plus tourists to the city each year.

Kingston is also an excellent city to work in. The Globe and Mail “Report on Business” magazine chose Kingston as one of Canada’s Best Cities for Business. It is home to several large private sector businesses, (Dupont, Alcan, Corcan, Celanese Canada…) and educational institutions (Queen’s University, Royal Military College, St. Lawrence College), as well as eight area prisons, which offer ample employment and educational opportunities.
